Iain Denby
I need a model of someone about to dive off a diving board (arms stretched out etc). A strange one, I know, but if anyone can help that would be great. Thanks
BillyElNino
AXYZ have a beach / sport collection, no actual diving poses but there are people running in trunks & bikinis (exciting I know!)
Crazy Homeless Guy
I couldn't find the perfect one, but maybe this will work. J/K of course. There are some diver in the links below, but no perfectly classic poses. http://z.about.com/d/diving/1/0/j/4/-/-/82237330.jpg http://z.about.com/d/diving/1/0/j/4/-/-/82237330.jpg http://z.about.com/d/diving/1/0/T/5/-/-/ChrisJevon.jpg http://z.about.com/d/diving/1/0/h/6/-/-/Ortiz.jpg http://www.abc.net.au/reslib/200711/r207315_791544.jpg http://www.flickr.com/photos/pelle82/461885797/
Iain Denby
Thanks Travis It was a model that I wanted really. if not, then I could fudge a photo, and a couple of those might do. I guess I'm after an elegant pose as the diver is about to leave, or has just left the diving board. Not much to ask, eh? Thanks again
shaneis
You could download this model http://www.highend3d.com/3dsmax/downloads/character_rigs/Character-Rig-With-Facials-and-Morphs-4566.html then re-paint the texture map. Would only take 5 minutes. The character is rigged, so posing should be easy.
Jim Mann
It was a model that I wanted really. If you were feeling confident with character studio you could use the rigged metropoly figures that Billyelnino mentioned earlier. It wouldn't take much to adjust the bones into a decent pose anywhere in the course of a dive. Bet you could even get a good bomby too! http://www.axyz-design.com/axyz-design-3d-humans-characters-metropoly2-rigged-mespcs002b.php http://www.axyz-design.com/axyz-design-3d-humans-characters-metropoly-rigged-mespcs001b.php Jim
