danb4026
I just started working on the attached project. It is just in its intial stages, so don't be too harsh on the details. But before starting on the outside scenery I was going to start "decorating" the interiors...to be viewed from a distance, as shown. I wanted to get some opinions as to different methods used to populate and light the interiors & windows. Other than modelling interior spaces and creating lighting for individual rooms, are there any shortcuts that can achieve good looking results? I have not been given much time to get this done. I'm sure there are a number of different ways to go about making the interior space look inviting, I would love to hear some of them. ihabkal
to add to the question, when doing these tall buildings, most of the time we see ceilings and not furniure due to the camera location, so even if we furnish the rooms and waste so much time and our computer gets slowed down to a crawl, we might not see any furniture...unless the building is transparent glass not brick and small windows (obviously you have larger than normal windows in your project)

danb4026
I looked at the tutorial, but I have no idea what he means when it comes to performing the boolean intersections. Is he creating boxs and then having planes intersect with them and them booleaning? That doesn't create floors or slabs, so I have really dont know what he is talking about. He just starts off creating a couple of dozen planes then does a boolean, but doesn't say what he is booleaning. Confused.
