AFK_Matrix
I am no expert but I would say that it looks too new. If you have to have the building looking new then dirty up the road, paths, benches etc. If you can also dirty up the building. Also you have a lot of the same vegetation repeating, namely the hedges and the trees on the pavements, try and get some different trees and bushes and alternate them etc.
alff
Hi Max, to increase realism - get a nice texture for the road - modify the color of the 4 small trees 'stamm' a little bit - modify the benches (add texture, move them a bit so they are not 100% axis aligned) last but not least - the building itself windows / glass - this is perfectly even. Real glass is 'bend'. Use a very large scale bump (so you get very smooth(=slow) modification of the normal). Then apply to the glass as bump. This will create reflections that are less uniform. building/ facade material - this is to even as well. Texture it. window positions - construction workers dont work down to millimeter precision. If you move the windows by +-1 cm in random direction that could look more real. Also (workers will not like to hear that), windows can even be -rotated- on installation. This can easily by 0.5 cm even for precise work. More content - you already have an umbrella/sonnenschirm. Add more details on the balconies. Maybe you also find a plant that grows up the facade. Overall i think a texture that creates a small variation for the buildings white color could give the biggest jump in realism. The tree in the upper right corner is really great ! (is it a photo ?) Claudio Branch
You need some variety in the hues of the grass and foliage. Add dirt in the corners of the buildings and sidewalks joints. Add some trash on the street and some haze in the sky. BTW, it looks really well done as it is...the second one can be the "Artists Cut"
