Stewart Reid
Hi everyone, Gizmo goes AWOL I have came across a wee problem which is probably easy to solve but only if you know how. Occasionally I find that when I go to move or scale a particular element of my model the gizmo is quite far away from it and when I execute a move command for example it's almost impossible to do it accurately because I have to be zoomed right out. Does anyone know how to relocate the gizmo closer to the element ? Thanks in advance, Regards Stewart Reid Edited February 1, 2009 by Stewart Reid
Fran
Hi Stewart, With the object selected, go into the Hierarchy tab of the Modifier Panel and click on Pivot. Then Click Affect Pivot Only. What I usually do then is click Center to Object.

tayrona
I have been switching between default pivot and "use working pivot" and maybe I did something wrong, but now, everytime I try to move or rotate something, is crazy... pivots are behaving different... maybe I pushed reset pivot....or??
