Blake Middleton
How do you accurately portray say, a 60 watt light bulb, or any for that matter? I know you can adjust the multiplier to affect the light output, but how does this correlate to real world values? Or does it not correlate? Are you supposed to just keep guessing until it looks right?
Lanni
lighting in 3D does not correlate to real world lighting, if you really want to know all about it read the book Digital Lighting and Rendering, it explains it alot better than i can so i won't attempt to.
