hahnmj
Since no one has posted to this forum in while, I thought I would share some of my Modo archviz work: Modeled and rendered in Modo. Some slight PS work.
Fran
The renders have a nice feel to them. There are a few issues with texures - the blind in the kitchen, the back of the conference chair - that could be improved. The sofa and pillows could look a little softer. alias_marks
Let there be light! Agreed, these are nice renders...However, the kitchen kinda feels like it's in the basement and someone set the exposure too low in the 3rd render. I think the Photometric Burnout in the first one helps a lot to lighten the mood. Maybe look at some quick levels and curve adjustments for the last two. Nice work and thanks for sharing. I always like to see what comes out of modo, I've been wavering on whether or not to switch for some time. M-
hahnmj
@Fran - Thanks for the comments. I am always looking improve my work so I appreciate the texturing comment. @alias_marks - Modo 302 lacks tonemapping at the moment so exposure is kind of weakeness. Modo 401 will hopefully address this.
