Ken Walton
Does anyone have any suggestions for links on exterior daylight rendering tutorials (on this site or elsewhere)? I'm using max6 and I have finalRender Stage-1, so I could use any of the advanced lighting setups from max's renderer, mental ray, or finalRender. Any advice/lessons for any renderer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, Ken Walton

Ken Walton
WOW... That DelfoZ ring-technique is producing some images better than what I was getting with fR or mentalRay. Absolutely amazing. Thanks alot.

Ken Walton
Thanks DelfoZ - I'll check it out. Here's my first test with your technique. I'm pretty happy with it... http://www.cgarchitect.com/forum/filepush.asp?file=render_1.jpg Ken Walton
nisus
Just think about NOT using OMNI's for light whe you use the ring... you aer literally adding 6x more lights in your scenes than necessary. Use spotlights or directionals... nisus
