QuakeMarine1
I need to post a link to give users here a possibility to render for free and it is deleted cos I dont have 10 legitimate postings yet what shall I post to get the 10? "nice image" " yes I agree" "that is cool" I am yet active in 20 forums around the 3d world - thats the first time I expected such a ridiculous rule maybe I find a some unanswered 6 month old posting so I can reply "meaningful" 9 times or I ask 9 stupid questions ? a. Jeff Mottle
Your post was removed not because you were trying to provide a link, but because you deliberately tried to circumvent our rules. If you had asked via email and explained the situation we would have been more than happy to accommodate. Instead it's wasted a number of moderators time and mine with a post bordering on advertising which we do not allow. And "nice image" does not qualify as a post that contributes positively to our community. While you might be a member of many 3d communities, we are not those communities. This is a professional forum that is heavily moderated and monitored to ensure the highest quality posts, members and overall experience. ihabkal
yes I agree! You could just say that you can help rendering their project and that if anyone is interested they can PM you , you don't need a link. By they way I would offer that because I like helping others, but I once got a $500 electricity bill for running 20 computers for a full month. I don't like seeing junk advertisement on this site for anything. so no junk postings please. Edited March 9, 2009 by ihabkal
