Knowledge
Can anyone shed some light on the settings used that would lower the amount of light bounced onto interior walls in 3D Studio Max using Radiosity? Look at this image for example there is very little or no brown and red light on the walls, but the image still appears convincing.
MegaPixel
Knowledge, I don't know too much about Radiosity yet other then to say make sure you have Bounces set to Zero or lower then you may already have it. I find your rendering very well done as is. I'd love to hear which settings you used to acheive what you did because you've got much better results then I ever have. Good work, Mega
Knowledge
Actually that image is not mine. It's just an artist I found off of the web. But the radiosity results of that image is what I'm trying to achieve.
id_ivan
have you tried lighting override material? lower down the reflectance scale value? I think that's could solve your problem. I forgot there's also color bleed value adjusment with max
