SandmanNinja
you can customise any shortcut key to be anything you like. To modify or add new shortcuts, use the Keyboard panel of the Customize User Interface dialog. Keyboard shortcuts are separated by Groups or Categories of groups and they organize Actions. I personally prefer to learn the keystrokes as per the default, so I can walk into anyone's 3ds max setup and start working.

SandmanNinja
I'm not aware of an automatic shortcut importer for 3ds max. They don't do the same thing, 1:1... You could always make a custom set of shortcuts and offer it to your fellow AutoCAD/3ds Max users. By using the default layout, if someone is having a problem ("Halp! My arrows have disappeared!") I can tell them "press X", etc etc I've added a few things to my Right-Click (proxies being one of the most used ones) and there's always the Custom Floating Toolbar for custom scripts, too. I know what you want, just offering other ideas for you. Edited March 17, 2009 by SandmanNinja My 1500th post! :)
