a plan from a model

Hi u all again, i´m back again with a new question, is it possible to generate the plans of a model that i´ve done in max?

you can:

 

group everything and then apply a slice that cuts off the top, and export dwg from top view

and then clean up in cad

 

or export 3d dwg and bring into autocad and use Hidden Line Projection

 

(does anyone know of this tool/command exists in later verrsions on autocad?)

The other thing you can do is use the "section" spline tool, which generates a spline that matches the outline of every object that the section plane passes over. It works quite well.
