Jago_0108
Hi there everybody, I was wondering if someone could help me with advice on modeling this 3d ramp in Autocad. I have tried extrude, loft, sweep, but it doesn´t look ok. Thanks in advance for your help.
Fernando Lino
Download Rhino trial version...it'd be done in less than 1 minute with Rhino
Tommy L
Although I think the previous answer is very un-helpful, Im going to say pretty much the same thing. Its a while since Im modeled anything in acad, but its not know for its ability with organic shapes. What is your rendering software? If you are pulling the model into Max or something similar, I would recommend using a loft object in Max. Sorry I cant be more help. Tom.
chiquito
you could try doing a solid, from extruding shape, and then two boolean operations, of two copies of the shape, moved along z to give thickness.
georgeedgard
3 steps ! 1 - make a solid with the of you object with the height you need (3 meters i presume) 2 - make a plan inclined from 0 to that height. 3 - slice the solid i believe this will work
1d2d3d4d
hopefully this will help: i am modeling a highway and was looking up some keywords and came across this: oh, in autocad... build just the centerline for the roadway (3d polyine) then a profile (polyline) for the road and barriers. selct the profile, type EXTRUDE and select the path option (p) then choose your centerline...might have to do it a few times to get it right
Antisthenes
i agree with Fernando Lino but i say more like .75 minutes

JORGEHUGO
you can make a wall( wall tool of design), taking in a polyline like axis, with arc option in the extrems of Ramp. If wide is 6 mt, then you define 6 at the window properties.
