So I rendered this picture Interior but my lighting skills REALLY sux ass. I wanted to know if maybe some nice person who knows something about lighting could draw something on this picture http://i42.tinypic.com/2s11xf7.jpg like for example you will draw something on the left upper corner and then name it like Omni lighting and then show it to me in which direction is it hitting etc!? I would be REALLY happy! I've been watching 2-3 interior vray lighting setup videos but those didn't help me at all.

Are you using the Vray physical camera? You could use 'normal' camera settings, like iso200, shutter 1/250, f-stop at whatever -I usually start with these settings, and only have to adjust f-stop to get brighter/darker. Once the bright parts of the image are good, adjust the dark multiplier (for me, values of 1.5-3 work) to help balance the scene. If it's too contrasty, switch from linear to exponential or Reinhard with burn at less than 1 (at 1 it's the same as linear).

Hi Rene. First of all, always place your vray lights inside the room (when possible), so that you don't get too much noise. It seems to me that your vray lights don't have the same size of the windows. Do that. If your using the vray physical camera, I would personally try a vraysun and then add vray lights at the windows to bring the light levels u or down as desired as desired. Hope this helps. Good luck.
