Samirnoff!
Hello there, I have a 2D shape which is flat in the Z axis but has unique x,y point which need to be preserved. I also have a 3d spline which does have Z values, or contour. What I wish to do is apply the Z contour of the spline to the 2D shape. For example, if the spline was a wave - and the 2d shape was a triangle. I would want to make the triangle have to contour of the wave. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate it. Samirnoff!
No, here is a diagram of what i mean: Although here its just a triangle and a wave, and the end result could be accomplished by a simple wave modifier. My actual shape and my actual contour is much more complex and needs to be precise. Edited March 24, 2009 by Samirnoff!
