Greg Law
Can RPC objects and trees be used in standard 3ds max 2009 design MR render or do you need to use Vray? I'm thinking of getting some.
WAcky
I believe you can but I would advise against it. They're memory hungry, expensive, prone to issues, and don't look as good as 2d entourage IMO. Perhaps consider purchasing OnyxTree/Xfrog or even some 2d entourage from sites such as got3d and Ambient light which I think are great value for money and the quality its AAA. RevitGary
Yes. no problems. I do it all the time if you are using mental ray you might need to download a driver/pluggin. I dont know about them being memory intensive. I always thought they were very light. I am not sure how they compare to the other products mentioned.
