view single object as wire frame

Why don't you take the object and select all the edges that would make up the wire object you want, and "create shape" from those edges. They then become splines which you can make renderable under the edit spine command. Make then radial or rectangular, any desired radius or thickness. Now you actually have a renderable wireframe object in your scene. Hide the original object.

oh so there is no way to quickly see single object in wire frame like F3 !!

Two ways, without messing about with modifiers:

1. Select the object you want to only be wireframe, Object Properties, Display Properties panel, switch from "By Object" to "By Layer" (make sure the Layer properties is set to Wireframe)

2. you can try setting the object as "see through." Not exactly wirframe, but may be similar enough in effect to your needs and is very quick to switch back and forth (shortcut: alt+x)

Right-click the name of the layer, choose "Layer Properties."

There is a drop down in the top panel for "Display:"

It defaults to "Viewport" so change this to "wireframe."

While you are in shaded mode, as long as the Object properties are set to "By Object" it will still be shaded. When set to "By Layer" that just that object will go wireframe.
