tasi55
Hey guys, Looking at getting Vray 1.5 Sp3 for myself, tired of using uni pc all the time. Does anyone know whether there is any difference between the having a commercial version of Vray as oppose to the Educational version? Is it a cut down version? Hopefully someone can give me a hand with making this decision. Cheers
WAcky
I have a feeling there are no limitations apart from not being able to use it for commercial use but I'm not too sure.

REDVERTEX
I think it is OK for educational purposes, but for huge and complicated scenes and tasks there are some hidden limitations. Also I'm not sure that SP3 DEMO is available at the moment.
Ricardo Eloy
I believe the educational version lacks a few things... probably net render, hi-res, etc.
Jeff Mottle
other than the dongle, there is no difference between the two.
