SandmanNinja
That LOOKS like the edge that gets created when you convert a spline into an editable poly.

isaac_cm
When I used AEC there was no edges it appear suddenly when I start place windows (as you see in the picture) on a wall without any window !! I see that odd since there is no object on that wall for max to generate that edge.

Gus_Rayvus
The edge on right has always been there. Once you placed the window in it, it regenerated the mesh and made the edge visible. To demonstrate this take your mesh before you place the window in it, put an edit mesh modifier on it. Click edges, select all and click make visible. You will see that the edge layout, especially with windows in it, is very messy. As you need to do more complicated things with the walls (displacement, unwrapping) you might find it better to box model these walls so you have more control over edge flow and will be able to make future edits faster. Obviously that might not be necessary for what you are doing.
