kinkabobba
What immediately jumps out at me is the extremely dull, solid gray for the groundplane. The shadows help it read a little bit, but I would try to give that a material with a little texture...not so much that it becomes distracting, but at least so it reads as a plane and not abstract void. Stan Zaslavsky
your modelling looks good - a little work with the scenery and you can improve your image a lot. look into hdri or backgrounds - the standard sky in max is very difficult to make look photo realistic some of the people have shadows and others don't
tcupp
I would consider dropping your camera down to eye level so that you are not looking down on the people in the image.
