Virgil Johnson
So Eddie, you want to set up a shop in Savannah? Strangely enough Chad I have been seriously considering relocating to Savannah. Serious enough to be going there soon (again) to look around. Seems like a civilized town and since I can go anywhere and do what I want now... Besides the viz stuff I am also a fairly accomplished architectural woodworker and I keep thinking of all those beautiful houses that could use a little help. Twenty years in NYS is enough for me. Chad Warner
Hey now....this town aint big enough for the two of us! Actually though, we do very little work in Savannah. Most of the architects here don't do large enough projects to warrant a rendering, or they do it in-house in Revit.

EddieLeon
Hey now....this town aint big enough for the two of us! Lol...Ok. How about Atlanta? The next cities that I'm seriously considering are SF and Chicago, but no one should worry about that because they will be small offices that service existing clients. I'm decentralizing my operation...
EddieLeon
So Eddie, you want to set up a shop in Savannah? Yes. If we survive this crazy recession. I would love to have a small office in every major city. I think this type of business model can work.

I'm decentralizing my operation... now you have me off on another track. I lived in SF for about ten years. Used to be a licensed general contractor there with shops in SF and San Rafael. I have friends there who would take me in an instant. I also lived in Chicago for a few years and have friends that also would take me in. Is Atlanta part of the gentle South? sorry just bored to death with today's drawing Virgil
