How can I rendering single components for post render photoshop editing ?

Would rendering a mask be helpful to you? Meaning, where everything other then your windows renders black and the windows render white, so that you can use that as a mask in PS to edit just windows.

 

If that is what you mean, you can use a vraymaterialwrapper to create a matte/shadow material, which I won't get into yet, or you can use a script that works very well.

You just choose the object that you want isolated, run the script, and it renders the mask. Works like a charm.

 

Remember that a mask doesn't understand transparency, so the windows and what is behind those windows will all be the same.
