Horhe Posted April 27, 2009 Share Posted April 27, 2009 Not bad for your first shot in Vray. Some crits to help improve the image: 1. A higher resolution image for the sheet on the bed, the one used here is low res 2. UV mapping is needed for the sheet aswell, so the texture can continue evenly. 3. The bed lamp doesnt look right, too much bleeding from it bounces off the wall. Work on the model and shaders a bit more. 4. Some creases on the sheets would make them look more realistic. +421media Posted April 29, 2009 Share Posted April 29, 2009 try to get rid of the yellowish overall tint, and as Horhe suggested the red lamp light is very unreal, try using light colors close to white and just give them a slight touch of color which you want to achieve. if you had such a strong red light your whole interior would have a red cast.
