Tommy L
Whoa! Nearly fell off my chair looking at it! You need to adjust the camera settings. You have a very wide lens, pointing upwards this introduces a very strong 3rd point perspective which gives the leaning back feeling. Other than that, it is a nice attempt at the ripples on the water, but I think a less pronounced effect with maybe closer concentric circles would work better. There is a problem with the exposure as well, the darks (in shadow) are too dark.
rawla
Keep your camera and camera target at the same level. Best at eye level (1.80 meters) and adjust your height in the render settings to ensure that the top of the building is also seen. You can then crop off the bottom portion of the rendered image that is not needed. This way you will not get the strong 3d point perspective which gives the leaning back feeling. Anuj Rawla Whoa!
