Export from Premier Pro CS4

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for the best settings to export from PPCS4, i have imported an After Effects CS4 composition, added audio, and now i want to export with the best quality possible. Its going to be an intro 'ident' for future video clips/software demonstrations/video tutorials.

Its only going to be played on a computer however, but may also be put to DVD at some point.

The best results i've had so far are by using Quicktime with Techsmith Ensharpen Codec, still compromised quality but better than the rest. And preferably i don't want to have to make people viewing the video's either online or off a DVD to have to download and install a codec
