V-Ray Section Cut

So Vray doesn't render a section cut in Sketchup. I'm really hoping there is a way to work around this though. Earlier I found a tutorial on how to actually cut the model so that Vray would recognize the slice and then render accordingly, but I can't find it anymore.

 

Does anyone know how one might go about rendering a section cut in sketchup with vray?

Look in the help files for the slice modifier ( if you want to do it by geometry)

 

As well, in the camera, or in the Vray camera, there is the clipping plane, under the misc rollout of the camera. Does not affect the geometry, but is less versatile for differents views
