Editing meshes in Rhino

Hello, I've been learning to model buildings with Rhino and V-ray for 2 weeks, the results are satisfying, but I've hit a wall and after quite some searching I still haven't found an answer! I'm incapable of finding how to edit a mesh!

In 3dsmax it couldn't be more simple, you click on edit mesh, and then select points or vertices and move them around. Basically what I want to be able to do is edit the mesh of a cube, be able to subdivide it, extrude polys or move around points and vertices. Can I do that with Rhino or should I stop searching? I know it's simple and it should be but I just can't find anything on the net or in the help files.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

HI!

Rhino3d V4 don't support Mesh editing like 3dsMax.

There are a few command in Rhino3d Mesh menu. quite a few.

You can only modify Mesh in rhino by move vertics, but can't select face,

Polygon...

Nurbs data is quite complete and don't needed subdivided.

You can convert Nurbs to Polygon and adjust its Polygon mesh size.

But You can't convert it to Nurbs again. (except Degree 1 condition)

If you want to use subdivison modeling method in Rhino3d,

I recommand using T-splines Plugin.

Nurbs modeling are quite different than Polygon modeling.
