Tommy L
Call Boxx. Thats what you pay the premium for right?

AJLynn
Between Boxx and everybody else you'll find somebody who can help, but I'll point out that the v7600 is on that qualification chart, listed as qualified with caveats and there is a bug report in the document. RevitGary
You seem to be very knowledgeable on this subject. What graphic card would you recommend as a replacement? I did not realize mental ray and invidia had connections. I am thinking a new high end invidia might be a better way to go. Your thoughts?
RevitGary
So apparently I am looking to swap cards. Boxx hasnt agreed to this but I think it is what is needed. If thats the case I am thinking an ATI Firepro v5700 or an Nvidia FX 3800. any preferences from anyone?
AJLynn
Changing video cards won't do anything for you. Btw, the mental ray and nvidia thing hasn't produced any sort of change - the video card has nothing to do with mental ray performance.
RevitGary
What makes you think it is not a video card problem? Everything I am seeing points to an incompatible card. Its the viewport preview lighting features that are not working properly. Plus I have new problems my max icons dissapear, they reappear when I mouse over them .
