LeoBlanchette
Hello everyone, I'm presently an illustrator working mostly in 3d and vector. See attachment. I would like to get into 3d visualization to start a career path that is more practical to the future. Illustration the way I do it presently is fun, but I do feel the need to get into something more, well...structured. Yes, terrible pun. So my present tools: Blender 3d -- Experienced artist. Yafray Renderer. Adobe Illustrator Photoshop Skills I have a book on the architectural visualization subject involving blender 3d coming in the mail as well, as well as a nice big two volume set that is plenty inspirational on various architectural works. What I would like to know is this: What is the best way to aim my efforts from here? Just how many types of 3d visualization needs exist, and what sort of study should I do to qualify for them? I'm highly motivated and a good self teacher. I need only a direction to go in with some initial targets.
