Vray IES advice needed...

Rather than going thru the millions of IES files out there, I'd like to ask if there are some typical or standard ies file suggestions for spotlights, wallwasher, uniform sphereical etc?

 

I have tons of ies files downloaded, but there have to be files that are the "go to's" for interior scenes.

 

An example would be: "I use S3566.ies for all of my general spots" or " I use S5857.ies for all of my wall washers".

 

You get my drift.

 

Also, what is the benefit of vray ies lights vs max photometrics? Thanks!
