amer abidi
Proxies do not save material information. You have to save the material as a multi/sub-object material before you export the object to proxy, and then re-apply the material to the proxy after it is generated. A good tip here is to save your proxy (with the material applied) as a seperate max file, and then merge it into your scene whenever you need it instead of inserting proxy; that way, you merge the proxy WITH the material added. Thanks Amer, Although I figured out the first method but the second tip is really useful. Thanks a lot dear.
