STRAT
what are 'jitters'? you can define that in numerous ways in vray. guess what....the best way to describe it is with a sample of your animation posted up for us

STRAT
the jitters on the drapes/curtains and bed are a mixture of the AA being too low and not enough samples in the material (if it contains any). Also, smooth out an bump maps you might have switched on. you might also find the irradiance map wasn't of a high enough standard of settings to allow it to render those creases and folds with nice gi without jitter. (also, 4000 samples for the LC is about 4 times too many). i'd wager poor AA.
komalramani
i had kept the antalising ....video filter ... min 1 and maximum 4 ..... which setting would u suggest... is light cache of 1000 to 1500 enough ??? irradiance map is at medium preset ...with hsph subdivisions 20 and intersamples at 40 .... Thablanch
For interior scenes, Light cache should ( could) be set to world and not screen. I have no problem with the amount of samples, it is probably just a little too long For AA, if you are saying min1 - max4, I guess that you are doing Adaptive DMC, but for this animation, you should be using Adaptive subdivision Interpolation samples at 40 is kinda low.. As you are not rendering every frame for the solution, you could afford cranking this one up a little.. ( at least 50)
