jeff_3447 Posted May 22, 2009 Share Posted May 22, 2009 Does anyone have any suggestions or a tutorial on how to add car lights at night streaking by. The same as using a slow shutter speed. There's some good light streak tutorials on videocopilot.net that are meant for after effects which defiantely apply and would be similar to achieve in photoshop.
