Need help with multiple boundaries!

My CAD us really rusty....

I have a cad file for a high rise and when I highlight anything every object gets highlighted. When I list what the object is, it reads as follows:

Command: li

LIST

Select objects: 1 found

Select objects: 1 found (1 duplicate), 1 total

Select objects:

BLOCK REFERENCE Layer: "0"

Space: Model space

Handle = 3e308

Block Name: "ELEVATIONS"

Within this file is a high rise with thousands of windows. I need to convert these windows into closed polylines to bring into max. Short of exploding the entire scene and going into each window and doing a boundary command, is there a short cut? Thanks!

I assume the windows are all spaced a specific distance from each other, vertically and horizontally. So just create one boundary and then Array it horizontally. Then select all of the boundaries that were created and Array them vertically. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes to create all the boundaries.
