Hi

I have a question:

After I got RPC demo and I install it on my comp. for 3d Studo Max,

I can not run my plug-in.

I got a message:

"A valid Hardware Lock was not found".

If anyone can tell me what is this message, and what I sould do ?

I would appreciate it.

thaks

The hardware lock is a piece of equipment that a program looks for before starting. It is mostly used when you purchase software for a time period. For instance, I got a copy of Form Z through the University of Florida. It came with a piece of hardware that plugs into the parallel port or USB port. Could you run Max before you installed rpc? If so, check with archvision to make sure you downloaded the right plugin. Let us know what they say.

Thanks
