Jason Matthews
The hardware lock is a piece of equipment that a program looks for before starting. It is mostly used when you purchase software for a time period. For instance, I got a copy of Form Z through the University of Florida. It came with a piece of hardware that plugs into the parallel port or USB port. Could you run Max before you installed rpc? If so, check with archvision to make sure you downloaded the right plugin. Let us know what they say. Thanks
BEKA
Yes I can run Max before and after I installed RPC, but when I open Max and try to use RPC I got that message. Anyway thank you for your help, and I will try to reinstall my software.
