kingeldar Posted February 20, 2004 Author Share Posted February 20, 2004 i mean if i create a box with a concrete texture & want ti give trhis box to somebody do i have to give the texture with and he reassigns it (i guess it's a stupid way) or does it exist a way (i guess so) to attach the texture to object so that it's "stored in .max file" ? DelfoZ Posted February 21, 2004 Share Posted February 21, 2004 the .max File dont have the CONCRETE (material) if u wanna share the file.max with textures.jpg u can do this : 1.-Open the FILE.MAX 2.-GO to FILE(menu)/ARCHIVE 3.-now u have a File.Zip , in that ZIP u have all the Files ( references, Textures, objets, etc etc, all the resources ) I hope this help to you.
