Need help on Neon Plastic shader

Hi

Can anyone please give me some advise on creating a glossy plastic shader.

It is bright neon orange in colour, transparent and has a almost neon pink colour on the edges when applied to an object.

I think im on the right track. I tried two different ways.

 

1.Tried a vray light material.

Added a falloff to the diffuse channel.

 

2.Getting a better result with just self illumination set to colour (bright orange), 0pacity = 50, falloff in diffuse colour swatch and a vray map set to 30 in the reflection swatch. Any advise what to do to the Ambient, diffuse, specular, specular highlight and index of refraction swatches?

 

Any advise would be appreciated.
