Arch & Design Templates broken

All of a sudden, my A&D (mi) template dropdown list returns a maxscript error. The mrArch_DesignTemplates.mat is in the defalt location and read only. If I open the library the mats are fine, but the connection to the dropdown is broken. max listener below:

Ok, fixed it :). Just in case anybody else finds this thread and is having trouble.

 

I have 32bit and 64 bit installed on my machine and 32bit was working ok so I just copied the max material library files from the 32bit folder to the 64bit one. This fixed it so I am guessing they had become corrupt somehow. I have also made these read only now so hopefully it should not happen again. May also keep a backup aswell just to be extra safe!!!
