Looking quite alright. I would suggest straightening the verticals, a little variation to the brick texture so it doesnt tile (especially at the back), the starfield in the sky looks a bit cheeky IMO, a little more contrast to the image, and more sharpness to the image.

The city at the back needs some more PS work, right now it sticks out, you need to make it work more, maybe a bit more opacity in the layer, and a overall blue hue like similar to the sky. Perphaps the brick walls are lit to evenly, some more contrast there like I said should do the trick.

..and windows looks dead - get there some curtains or jalousies /or peopple too/

yes the verticals need some change.

 

and personally i would like to hv some more depth on those bricks.

 

i would add some bump to it.

 

and ofcourse clear sky may enhance the image further.
