HD Screen Capture

I've asked a similar question before but this time i'm interested in HD screen capture

 

I want to create a few video's mainly technical video support, so trouble shooting common questions about software. I want to do this in HD

 

i have a good laptop, i have camtasia. And i will eventually be creating a youtub/vimeo channel for these video captures.

 

i also want to produce my showreel in HD and upload it in a similar fashion.

 

what steps should i go through. i have adobe master collection.

 

i'm comfortable editing etc, it's just settings and preparation ready for upload.
