Stan Zaslavsky
Hi there, i'm not sure exactly in which forum to post this. i put together a 3D model for one of my clients for a 3 unit project and they need an accurate representation of the image for a court arbitration within the streetscape. i'm not brave enough to take it on (as i imagine some different technology may be needed to accurately position the project within the streetscape) and i said to the client that i'll find for him a couple of people that have done this before and will provide an accurate enough image. are there any companies here that will do it for a project in Queenscliff in Victoria? i'm happy to provide the 3d model to the potential supplier which i believe is accurate - but they will need to be confident enough to stand up in court and have their photo montage image examined by a committee. look forward to your feedback
WAcky
Stan, if you can get the site survey which should have been done then a photomontage is near enough to accurate for VCAT i believe. VCAT should be smart enough to know that it's as close to accurate as possible with an acceptable margin for variance. I'll PM you in a sec.
