modivin
Hello there I think it's time for me to post @last. Let me give a brief (honest) introduction. I'm an experienced Max user, who is just starting his own company, mainly focused on architectural viz. Since we decided to use C4D as the main 3D application, I'm a newbie as far as C4D AND architectural viz is concerned. Actually I feel all newbie again. Let me tell you if feels awful and great at the same time! I'm sure you great guys will help me out won't you? So here comes my first (of many to come) question: Is there a way to import .dwg in C4D? I read somewhere that the Vectorworks plug-in gives you that option. Has anyone tried that? And another one. Is there a way to net render a single frame in C4D? I think there was a plug-in for that purpose... Thank you for your time... modivin

modivin
I don't understand what the fuss is all about, but I updated my profile anyway... Hope it makes things better...
jntdigital
hello modivin, i dont think C4D can handle .dwg files, but it will import .dxf if you have a way to translate. Net render does not render a single frame on multiple machines, but here is a link to a tutorial that offers a workaround, called "Image Slicing" Image Slicing Tutorial Good Luck
