arqjuan
Hi, first of all you can check the scale, there is something off, maybe is the size of the windows that make the "balcony" look like a simple roof without any use if those are balcony maybe putting people is going to help to give a scale reference. All windows are Panoramic? (start from the floor and end up in the ceiling), supose that those windows are 3 mts high, so the border of the balcony in the image give the feeling of having 25 cm height. The main roof end in a weird way, I mean there is no rain canal or something that I can spot it. Keep this in mind always: The devil are in the details . I know that maybe this is a PITA, but you can randomize the curtains in order to get a little movement in the facade. In conclusion put a little more effort in the modeling, you will notice the difference About textures everything looks having the same "brownish":D tone or texture, maybe playing with bumps, displacement (keeping in mind the scale) or even different brown shades or tones it´s going to help to avoid that monochromatic feeling and try to desaturate a little the palm leaf or if is possible try to find another model and randomize the palms a little between each others, here I´ll give you a website with a free tree generator software http://arbaro.sourceforge.net/. Hope this tips help you, keep posting Cheers JC

Matt McDonald
The exposure of your sky does not match the foreground elements. The texture on the road looks stretched. It looks like you are using textures for the buildings in the background. If so those textures look stretched as well. Their is a rough texture on the wall in front of the building. I have no idea what that is supposed to be. Stucco? CMU? The leaves on your trees are way over saturated and really don't look to be a natural green.
