YOHKOH Posted July 18, 2009 Share Posted July 18, 2009 Hi all I'm animating a piece of paper to fold up origami style I've made a plane, converted to edit poly and thensliced up into all the fold positions. Then made a shape from the edit poly. I have then used the skin modifier to set my shape as a bone object. My problem is I need to freeze the lengths, so that the plane acts as a piece of paper. When I pull one corner the paper should start to fold. Is there a quick way of doing this?? or do I need to set up a proper rig using bones and IK constraints Thanks chaps.
