Anyone have experience with LinuxCAD?

So I am curious if anyone has any 1st-hand experience with LinuxCAD?

I've searched through the site, and it reminded me very quickly why most people think that Linux/Open Source software is a joke - the website is very dated, and the software itself does look rather "old", but I was hoping that maybe looks could be deceiving. I've been a looong time AutoCAD user, and the screenshots look like they could be from AutoCAD 2000 or possibly even earlier than that.

 

I did a search and it came up empty, BTW.
