Hi All,

I'm using 3DS MAX Design 2009 and Back Burner 2008_1. I have a simple file with a xref it renders fine on my workstation. When I send it to my render farm I get an unexpected error. Without the xref no problem on the render farm. I need this to work for a very large scene.

Thanks!

In my experience, unexpected exceptions are usually memory errors or a piece of corrupted geometry or something whereas when there's an actual problem with an xref or the network connection or file path, it'll say something like "unable to find xref" or "unable to load xref"...just my two cents. :)
