Can someone explain me how can use it in all sides of ceiling corners, except Duplicating..

What about using the spacing tool? If you know the dimensions (lengths) of the 3d pieces, you could using the spacing tool and set the spacing to the same distance as the length of each piece. It will place as many 3d pieces together to fill your path.

Those are really nicely detailed trim objects you have there indeed, but unless your camera is going to be within 3 feet of those trims, I think you should opt. to sweep the main profile and map the surface details after the fact. Turn on generate mapping coordinates for your sweeps. Your Poly count will be much much lower going this route.

Even if you are viewing from closeup this could still be done with mapping.

Take your nice detailed meshes and render them straight on to generate a zdepth map that can be displacement mapped onto your sweep.

as mentioned before, using the generate UV option for the sweep (or loft) is the key.
