Texture Baking- Lightmaps don't correspond to original render

Hi,

I suppose the render settings for the original final render don't make the baked texture lightmap output match the final render output. Always lightmaps are a little bit darker, levels are needed to be asjusted in photoshop, and colors don't match too. The GI does not match also.

 

What should be the render settings for texture baking? I should configure them like animation render settings for vray?

 

Another case is I think automatic flatten uv won't cope whereas i attached different shaped objects to have less object count as i will export the model. As you predict some prism like shapes attached to some shapes having radius with complex cross sections and i suppose automatic uv can't make the map fit precisely on the model. However these objects does not have texture map just have diffuse color. How should approach to this occasion on workflow?

 

Any help about these issues will be appreciated.
