sorry to bother but i just cant figure it out.............................. my question is how can i change the size of an object (example a box height/ with/ length/ segment...) if i hide the command panel?

i know how to un hide and hide the command panel

Hi jonathan,

 

i don't believe there is another way. Autodesk has now implemented the ribbon but not ALL that is in the command panel is now in this Ribbon (and not ALL that is in the ribbon can be found in the commandpanel. Autodesk has just not finished the ribbon. You will have to use both panels for the moment.

not really, there are alot of tools in the ribbon that are not in the command panel.

Although it is a bit of a pain to restore the ribbon if you get rid of it. You'd think it would be a simple matter of a toggle or button push. No you have to delete some config and xml files to get it back. Crazy

 

If space is an issue, try floating the command panel and use a hot key to hide and unhide it.
