Aaron2004
http://sketchupdate.blogspot.com/2009/08/coming-soon-in-google-sketchup.html Looks like they are going towards Collada. This really really sucks.
AJLynn
Keep an older copy of Sketchup Free for translating DWG files, and be happy that you can export the Sketchup files to other apps.
Kyle
Seems like they may be pushing people to buy the pro version rather than using the free one. I had a feeling they would do this eventually.
BillyElNino
Serves you all right cheapskates! You'll just have to work harder so you can afford the Pro version... (only joking!) Maybe they forgot to put it in, I'm sure if you pop round there and tell them they'll put it back in.
Dave Buchhofer
Seems like they may be pushing people to buy the pro version rather than using the free one. I had a feeling they would do this eventually. Well, considering the only real reason to have the pro version currently is to export out, then i can't say as I blame them. and lets face it, thats a "professional" type feature anyway! Ernest Burden III
Serves you all right cheapskates!...(only joking!) You can still be a cheapskate with SU-Pro by buying one copy and using free SU for the rest of the office. The one Pro copy does imports and exports, the rest work in native .skp format. I still haven't upgraded my SU6-Pro to SU7-Pro, so I'm being cheap already.
cadmunkey
I still haven't upgraded my SU6-Pro to SU7-Pro, so I'm being cheap already. There wasnt really 1 valid reason why you should have done, v7 is such a poor 'upgrade'.
