DWG import - Origin alignment

Hi!

I export a poly line which is a part of a house plan, with "export" command from Autocad. When i import in 3ds max , the poly line is sometimes placed too far from the origin which bear difficulties for object selection, move or rendering session.

 

I work in this project as importing the plan in seperate parts and so i can not change the position of initally imported drawing to origin as i expect any other imported poly line or spline to be placed exactly as it is drawn autocad.

 

So how can i place the initial imported drawing to origin for one time and then make the other parts placed exactly as it should be?
